Fertility Support Group

A support group for couples and individuals that are in fertility treatment or considering treatment as a way of building your family. The group meets twice a month to discuss topics related to general fertility challenges. The facilitators provide a relaxed and confidential setting to address challenges, such as stress related to decision making, dealing with friends and family, relationship strains including intimacy and sexuality, gender roles, the waiting time and worries.

Objectives: • Manage the emotional rollercoaster • Enhance Intimacy, Sexuality and Sensuality • Optimism • Self care • Stress Reduction

Come with your partner or by yourself to share feelings, experiences and learn new coping skills.

WHEN - 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month.

WHERE - 19000 Homestead Rd, 2nd floor, Cupertino, CA 95014

TIME - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
