My Biography

Welcome

I was born in a small town in Poland and came to the U.S. when I was 14 years old. I graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry. In 1993, I earned my Medical Degree from University of California at Davis where I also completed my Anaesthesia residency. I then continued my medical training with a fellowship in Cardiac Anaesthesia at Stanford University. I have a strong interest in trans-esophageal echocardiography.

I joined The Permanente Medical Group in 1999 and since then have been an active member of the Cardiac Surgery Group. Kaiser Permanente provides an environment supportive of the highest quality of patient care as well as professional development. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
