Welcome
Welcome to my home page. It is my pleasure to be your primary care physician and to help you maintain your physical health and well being. I hope this website will help you navigate to the various resources that we have here at Kaiser. You will find links to other clinicians in this department as well as links to the laboratory, pharmacy and radiology department. You can even book certain routine appointments online, request a prescription refill, or e-mail me. I hope you will find my home page useful.
My Biography
During residency, I recieved the Ray Hively Award, a distinction given to residents who show exceptional patient care skills. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2003. I volunteer monthly at the Ashland Free Medical Clinic. I enjoy exercise, skiing, hiking, and scrapbooking. My dream job is to become an Iron Chef.
My Philosophy
I believe good health is a priority. My goal is to establish a partnership with you that fosters open communication and active participation. I hope, in turn, you will pass along your healthy behaviors to your family and friends to encourage healthy living for your family and community.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
