About Me
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your health care needs. I am a podiatric surgeon at Kaiser Oakland and Richmond facilities and am very proud to be on staff at Kaiser Permanente. The high quality of care delivered by doctors who make decisions based on the best interest of their patients is what most attracted me to this practice.
When I was a teenager, I emigrated to the U.S. with my family to California from Wales, Great Britain. I received my undergraduate degree from UC Irvine and my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from CCPM in San Francisco. I subsequently moved to Seattle, WA where I completed three years of residency training in foot and ankle surgery at Providence Medical Center.
I am board-certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. I am especially interested in complex foot and ankle reconstruction and diabetic limb salvage. In my leisure time, I enjoy travelling, playing soccer, tennis, sea kayaking, and the outdoors.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
