I received undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the University of California Irvine. My medical degree is from the University of California Davis School of Medicine. I completed my internship and residency with UC Davis Medical Center / Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Sacramento and joined the Permanente Medical Group in 1988. I am board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
