Hi, my name is Patti Tilton, MD. I was raised in the Lake Tahoe area, then attended college in Santa Barbara, California. After finishing my residency at UC Davis, I spent two years in private practice and joined Kaiser Permanente in October 1990.

My Credentials

Medical school UC Davis School of Medicine, Davis, CA
Internship UC Davis Medical Center, Sacramento, CA
Residency UC Davis Medical Center, Sacramento, CA
Board certification Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

I am a member of the Northern Califonia OB/Gyn Society and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

My outside interests include golf, cross-country skiing, cats and the Sacramento Monarchs.

My Practice

As a physician, I am responsible for meeting your health care needs and will coordinate your care within Kaiser Permanente. I look forward to working with you to keep you as healthy as possible.

If you need to be seen, please call our 24 hour appointment and advice center. If you think we can take care of your concern over the phone, ask the health contact specialist to send me a message. There may be a time when you require medical attention and I may not be available. On those occasions, I will ensure that you see one of my colleagues.

For medication refills, please call the pharmacy refill line or order your prescriptions online. There is a link at the top and bottom of this page to order prescriptions. You should call about one week before needing your refill. They will fill the prescription within 2 working days. If there are no remaining refills, the pharmacy will send me a refill request prescription for my approval.

Our relationship is important to me. However, there may be a time when you would like a second opinion or advice of another physician. Please feel free to discuss options with me.

I have provided links to high-quality women's health information on this page; in addition there is a searchable health encyclopedia. If you do not have a Your Guidebook to Kaiser Permanente Services or a Kaiser Permanente Healthwise Handbook you can obtain a copy by calling Member Services at 1-800-464-4000 or by visiting the Health Education Center at our facility and requesting either item.

I look forward to having a long and healthy partnership with you.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
