About Me
I was born and raised in a small town in Oregon. I really enjoy hunting, fishing and hiking in the backwoods and still try to get in as much hiking and backpacking as I can.

I received my Bachelor's Degree at Oregon State University (''The Beavers''). Then I traveled to the ''BIG CITY'' of New York and earned my Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University on 1982. I couldn't wait to get back to the west coast, so I came to California and have been here ever since.

I have been in Physical Therapy for 18 years. I have worked in various hospitals and physical therapy clinics in the Bay Area and also spent two years working in Auburn. I have been with Kaiser Permanente in the Occupational Medicine Program since 1993 and transferred from Santa Teresa to Milpitas in March of 2000.

I love to travel. I have been to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Nepal and Tibet. While in Nepal I was able to trek to the base camp of Everest.

Now, my family is the love of my life - my wife and two little ones - Matthew and Ashlyn.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
