Rancho Cordova Reach Out and Read

Welcome to our Reach Out and Read web site. Reach Out and Read is a national program developed in the Boston area to promote reading and literacy. Here in the Rancho clinic we give a book to each child at each well child check-up from 6 months up to his or her entrance into kindergarten.

The Sacramento Public Library system has many activities to offer. Click on its link to find out about events in the library near you, literacy programs, and general information.

Here at the Rancho Cordova clinic we love to read. Both to our children and also for our own pleasure. Let us tell you what we think. Just click on the link to each category:

We would also love to hear your input. If you have any comments, or would like to send a book review of your own, please contact us at ethan.cutts@kp.org. We would encourage anyone to send comments, no matter what your age. If you do send a book review, please send it as a word document, and we will post it on this site:

Hope to hear from you and good reading!

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
