Welcome to My Internet Home Page
Welcome to my Internet Home Page. Thank you for your interest and taking the time to learn more about me and the Radiology Department at Kaiser Permanente Modesto. You can even use this site to refill prescriptions, or request an appointment with your personal physician.
About Me
I was born in New Delhi, India. I came to the United States with my parents when I was a child and I grew up in the Bay Area. I always loved science subjects and particularly Biology during my school years. I also like working with people and medicine seemed to be the best fit. I obtained my medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, MI. I then completed my internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Milwaukee, WI followed by my radiology residency at Wayne State University at Detroit, MI. My family and I were very excited to return to California in 2007. Recently, I just completed a fellowship in abdominal imaging and interventions at UC Davis Medical Center. My medical interests include cross-sectional imaging (CT and MRI) in abdominal and musculoskeletal imaging.
Kaiser Permanente allows the flexibility for patient care where physicians can provide the best possible for the patients. The organization is also well known and respected in the community.
I like working in the Central Valley because it is rapidly growing along with the new opening of the Modesto hospital, which is an exciting opportunity for me to be a part of. When I am not at work, I like running, playing tennis/racquetball, downhill skiing and spending time with my family. My newest interest is bicycling. I am married and have two kids. Besides English, I speak Hindi and Punjabi.
My Philosophy of Care
I am here, along with my colleagues, to make you as comfortable as possible during your examination and to provide your referring clinician with quick and accurate diagnosis so they can plan the next step in your care.
Our entire Radiology Department and I want to be certain that all of your concerns are addressed. If you need to schedule an appointment in the Department of Radiology or you have questions about your care in our department, please call (209) 735-6250. For results of your screenings, please contact your primary care provider. Thank you.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
