You can make an appointment to see me at members.kp.org, where you can also access health information, educational opportunities, and request prescription refills. If you ever have an emergency, our emergency room is always open.
Other Providers
On my module, my colleagues also include a Clinical Health Educator, a Behavioral Medicine Consultant, and a Physical Therapist. The Clinical Health Educator can provide you with health education and skills toward life style modification. The Behavioral Medicine Consultant is available for anxiety, depression, or stress related illnesses. The Physical Therapist is available for musculoskeletal injuries and education for improved body mechanics. Appointments can be booked directly with these providers by calling (707) 571-4044. We work closely together and I am frequently informed of your progress when you see one of these providers.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
