Healthy Weight for Kids

Did you know that more kids and teens are overweight and unfit today than ever before? Too much TV and videogame time, not enough active play, and fast food and soda on every corner are just some of the reasons more kids are overweight.

Overweight kids can be at risk of developing health problems, like diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Your pediatrician can help you determine if your child is at a healthy weight.
