About Me:

I have been a therapist since 1972 when I received my Master’s degree from San Diego State University. I received my PHD in Clinical Psychology in 1979 from California School of Professional Psychology San Diego campus. During my career, I have worked with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced a wide variety of mental health issues and problems. For the last 18 years, my practice has been with children and adolescents and their families. Currently I am working full time in the Roseville Pediatric clinic. I see children, teens and their families when the presenting issue can be managed in approximately 5 visits. If your child or teen has a pediatrician in Roseville or Lincoln and you would like your child or teen to see me, please contact your child/teen’s regular pediatrician for a referral.

My career has included working 8 years for the US Army in Germany and 5 years with the Developmental Pediatric clinic at the Army hospital in El Paso, Texas. For the last 12 years I have worked for Kaiser, first in Antioch and in Roseville Pediatrics since 2001.

Away from work, I enjoy fly fishing and other outdoor activities.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
