My Biography

I am proud to be working at Kaiser Permanente because of the organization’s stellar reputation. Various family members always comment on the excellent personal service they receive. In our department, we are committed to the patients and to a service orientation. For us, the patient comes first.

I respect each member who comes in, regardless of age or background. I am a very approachable person, and even if you’ve come to the wrong place or phoned the wrong department, I will help you locate where you should be or find the most appropriate person for you to see.

My co-workers form a wonderful team, and they are like a second family. We maintain a collegial atmosphere, keep our sense of humor, and occasionally socialize after work.

During my free time, I like to go shopping and take vacations. My seven grandchildren are the most significant part of my life, and I’ve recently taken them to long Beach and to Universal Studios at Disneyland. I also enjoy spending time with them in the park.

I maintain a healthy lifestyle by not drinking or smoking, and by walking for an hour at lunch time three times per week. I like exercising on the treadmill and I do try to get enough sleep. I do my best to live up to Kaiser Permanente’s THRIVE campaign!

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
