Biography

I received a BS in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University and have been practicing physical therapy since 1989. Since that time, I've been blessed to work in a variety of settings including rehabilitation, inpatient care, skilled nursing facility, and orthopedics/sports medicine.

Since 1999, I have had the good fortune of working at Kaiser Permanente, with its wonderful and skilled team of physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and support staff and recently came aboard as a permanent staff member. My personal interests are varied, but I truly enjoy running, cycling, swimming, and I have a passion for listening to and performing all types of music "from Bach to rock".

I look forward to working with you, first focusing on resolution of the pain and functional limitations that brought you to physical therapy, and then working together to establish prevention strategies that will keep your renewed health status as permanent as possible.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
