Ski/Snowboard Conditioning Class Flyer

Hi, my name is Kyle Tsuye, and I am pleased to offer my home page as a means to introduce myself and provide you with some information. I grew up on the sunny beaches in Torrance, California. I now reside in Elk Grove with my wife, and we recently celebrated the birth of our daughter in September 2005.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf, basketball, and especially snowboarding. I can't wait to begin teaching and participating with my daughter in the hobbies and sports she finds interesting.

I love my job and believe that my goal as your physical therapist is to treat the whole patient. If your experience is positive, educational, and rewarding, I believe our goal has been achieved.

My Credentials

Undergraduate education University of California, Santa Barbara B.S. in Biology/Exercise Physiology
Graduate education University of California, San Francisco MSPT in Physical Therapy
Internship University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center inpatient acute
Internship Cottage Hospital of Santa Barbara outpatient orthopedics
Internship University of California, Davis Medical Center inpatient neurological

I am a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association with four years of experience working as a Certified Athletic Trainer at both the collegiate and high school levels.

I welcome you to the Kaiser Permanente family and look forward to having the opportunity of working with you soon.

An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
