Stop Cigarettes and Kick Some Butts

In addition to the well known problems with the heart and lungs, cigarette smoking is the most common cause of bladder cancer, and contributes to kidney cancer as well. It is also a major cause of erection problems in men, and can cause bladder irritability in both sexes.

The best thing a smoker can do for his/her own health and his/her family members' health is to QUIT SMOKING. Quitting smoking is one of the most difficult tasks a person can face. You do not have to face it alone. Here are some resources to help you. All the pamphlets are available here through the following links or at your local KP health education centers.
