My Biography

I completed my bachelor's degree at State University New York - Binghamton, and earned my Master of Science in Physical Therapy through a joint program at the University of California, San Francisco and San Francisco State University.

I began my practice as a physical therapist and joined Kaiser Permanente in 2004. I'm impressed with Kaiser Permanente's dedication to providing top quality health care. Kaiser Permanente is also dedicated to professional development, with benefits to both health care providers and patients.

I enjoy helping people learn how to achieve their personal therapy goals. I believe every person has the ability to heal themselves (with some guidance!).

Outside of work, I spend my time cycling, hiking, practicing yoga, doing crossword puzzles and enjoying my family and volunteering at my childrens' school.

Other Languages: Hebrew, conversational Spanish
Undergraduate Education: BA State University of New York at Binghamton
Graduate Education: MS in Physical Therapy, University of California at San Francisco/San Francisco State University
Began Practice: 2004
Joined Kaiser Permanente: 2004

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
