How to Use My Home Page...
After joining Kaiser Permanente in the Allergy department, I became Chief of Allergy in 1999. I chose to specialize in allergy because of the impact that allergies and asthma have in peopleís daily lives. Asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases and rhinitis affects 20% of people in the United States. It is professionally satisfying to treat patients for these conditions and to see the improvement in their quality of life. I also conduct research in my specialty.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy travel, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. The newest addition to our family is a 100 lb. Labrador mix named Sadie. On the weekends, Iím a sports enthusiast for my childrenís games.
