Why I chose to work for Kaiser Permanente

I chose to join Kaiser so I could take care of People. I did not want to have to become an expert in the business of medicine. I have access to every specialty and subspecialty known to medicine. Kaiser’s medical record system never leaves me at a loss for information about my patients, allowing me to make the best possible treatment recommendations. Ancillary support is the often the key to making cancer treatment a success. A nutritionist or a social worker can often be the most important member of the team. Much of this kind of support is not available outside the Kaiser system.
