Welcome

Thanks for taking the time to visit my home page. I have been practicing at Kaiser Permanente for more than 20 years in the field of invasive cardiology. I am a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and received my cardiology training at the University of California, Davis. My goal is to provide you with state-of-the-art cardiology care.

There are some things you should be aware of prior to your first office visit with me. Please bring all of your current medications. In addition bring any old medical records if you have been hospitalized at another hospital other than a Kaiser Permanente hospital.

There are a number of links to web sites that you may find useful. One of the links is to the American Heart Association, which has very useful information such as programs regarding heart healthy activities and diets.

My colleagues and I in the Cardiology Clinic look forward to seeing you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
