Welcome to my Kaiser Permanente provider home page. I hope the information below will help you learn more about me and Kaiser Permanente.

I graduated from Shanghai Railway Medical College, Shanghai, China more than three decades ago and practiced Internal Medicine for several years. After that, I completed a Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship for my Ph.D. degree at The Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Peking Union Medical College. Following my fellowship, I practiced Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology until I came to the United States.

I did my Internal Medicine residency in the United States at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. I eventually joined Kaiser Permanente Stockton in 2000 and have been working as a Hospital Base Specialist (HBS) in Dameron Hospital ever since.

I believe strongly that medicine is a great profession. Through this career, I have been able to help people cope with their illnesses and return to a joyful life. I have also been able to save people's lives in many circumstances. This is why I chose medicine as a career.

My philosophy of care is to strive to do my best for all of my patients. I discuss diagnosises and treatment plans with patients and their families in detail in an effort to always consider their opinions fully and keep them well informed.

Hospital Based Specialist (HBS) is a new medical specialty and is a big medical challenge. HBS deals with more serious medical problems and more dangerous, often time even life threatening situations. I am willing to take this challenge and reach great achievement.

My medical interests include cardiology and critical care. In my spare time I enjoy all types of sports.
