I extend a very warm welcome to my home page. Thank you for showing interest to know about myself.

Being a people person, I chose this profession to leverage the opportunity to meet and know all types of nationalities and personalities. Besides, I could also reach out and be of service as a health consultant.

With my patients, I share the strong belief of “I AM THE BEST CARE TAKER OF MYSELF” in terms of my own health and well-being. Therefore, I encourage, support, and enjoy educating my patients to know better about their body and mental constitution. I also believe that each of us being unique owe a high degree of responsibility for our health and well being than seeking general medication and counseling. I chose Internal Medicine as my specialty so that I could approach my patients with a holistic approach to their health issues.

For the last five years, for my own health insurance, I have been a member of the Kaiser Permanente health care system. I liked the effectiveness, follow up, personal attention, and comprehensive nature of service of both the medical and para-medical staff at Kaiser. This prompted me to join the elite group of Kaiser medical professionals who are well-trained and dedicated to patient care.

It is a joy to share with you my specialization in Internal and Intensive Care Medicine at Kaiser’s well-equipped facility with all love and care.

My special interests are playing Tabla (Indian percussion), singing, traveling, and playing cricket. I love yoga and meditation too.

Along with English, I can speak fluently other Indian languages such as Hindi, Bhojpuri, Malayalam, and Bengali. I can understand Punjabi well.

My Credentials

Medical school Medical College of Trivandrum, University of Kerala, Kerala, India
Residency San Joaquin General Hospital, French Camp, CA
Board certification Integrative Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
