Greetings! Welcome to My Home Page!

I am a staff physician at the Emergency Department of the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Modesto and Manteca. I hope that we can always provide high quality of care and service to you.

About Me

I was born in southern India and grew up in New York City. My medical degree was completed at Albany Medical College, Albany, NY. I then completed my emergency medicine residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT.

I want to become a doctor because it is a great profession that encompasses art and science. I chose Kaiser Permanente because I agree with their philosophy where it place good quality care as its core mission. Central Valley is a great place to live because of its people, diversity and weather.

I am married and have four children. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family.

My Philosophy of Care

Patient centered care with a team approach. I believe that the patient’s participation in their own care is an important step in the path to wellness.

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. I look forward to meeting you and caring for you and your family when a medical emergency brings you to our hospital.

Select a personal physician - An important part of your health care experience at Kaiser Permanente includes building a relationship with your personal physician. If you haven't already selected one or want to change, click here to choose a personal physician for yourself or for a family member.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
