Welcome to my home page. My name is Dr. Tze Chun Ho and I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2004.

My Biography

I spent my early years in New York City, however, I've lived in different countries in Southeast Asia and Canada. I am bilingual in English and Cantonese, Chinese. I attended medical school at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and completed my residency training in internal medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. I choose to join Kaiser Permanente because it provides an integrated system to deliver health care in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Also the organization has an emphasis on preventative care.

My Clinical Interests

My medical interests include evidence base medicine and asthma. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, running, and traveling.

My Philosophy of Care

I believe in evidence based medicine. As a clinician, I strive to be a critical reader of medical journals and to continue to integrate recent research in my practice. My background in public health and epidemiology also has led me to emphasize the importance of promoting health and prevention in my care of patients.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
