About Your Office Visit

Prevention Information on Your Registration Slip

My philosophy in patient care is hands on personal attention. My personal attention ranges from helping families deal with death, to patients improving their ability to handle their disease or changing bad lifestyle habits. I very much enjoy the diversity of patients in my practice, from the young adults to the octogenarians. I find great reward and learn a lot from my patients. I follow the philosophy that I treat patients the way I would like to be treated.

I find the Kaiser Permanente structure is most beneficial because of my ability to direct patient care, the strong emphasis on quality of care and continuing education of not only the members but also the personnel. Kaiser’s structure best benefits its members by offering our members the greatest access to the widest range of specialists possible. I joined Kaiser in 2002.

As a Nephrologist, I take appointments by referral only. If you do not yet have a referral, please call our appointment/advice line at (650) 742-2100 to make an appointment with your general practitioner.

Our goal at Kaiser Permanente is to be your health plan of choice and deliver the quality medical care our members deserve. Thank you again for choosing Kaiser Permanente.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
