Welcome to my Kaiser Permanente webpage!

My name is Tony Wong, physical therapist in Kaiser Fremont. I am a graduate from Samuel Merritt College doctor of physical therapy program. I have always wanted to have a career in health care, even as a young teenager. Part of it is because my father was an Orthopedic physician in China, and as I grew up watching him in his practice, I grew to have great respect and interest towards neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation. It is a great honor and privilege to be a part of a patient's recovery, and to be the professional to provide care and guidance. I am bilingual and bicultural, I speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. I look forward to serve you here in Kaiser Fremont.

Outside of my career in physical therapy, I enjoy listening and playing music, going to the gym, skateboarding, and playing basketball.

Schools: Undergraduate: University of California Davis; graduated in 2002 Graduate: Samuel Merritt College; graduated in 2007

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
