Welcome to My Home Page!

I grew up in San Jose, CA and went to UC Berkeley for my undergraduate education. Then I went on a 9 year odyssey away from the SF bay area spending 4 years at Rush University in Chicago for medical school, 1 year at Arrowhead Regional Medical in southern California for a transitional internship, and 4 years at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for Radiology Residency. I finally returned to the SF bay area and spent 2 years at UCSF for fellowships in Abdominal and Women's Imaging before starting at Kaiser, Walnut Creek in 2011.

I chose Radiology because it allows me to interact with so many different aspects of medicine and the constant growth of new technology and techniques allows it limitless potential. I look forward to serving my patients and colleagues as a member of the Walnut Creek and Diablo Valley community.

My Credentials

Medical school Rush University Rush Medical College, Chicago, IL
Internship Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Colton, CA
Residency Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA
Fellowship UC San Francisco Abdominal Imaging, San Francisco, CA
Board certification Diagnostic Radiology, American Board of Radiology

An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
