Welcome
“Seeing the smiles on people’s faces after having had cataract or laser eye surgery has been the greatest reward for me. As a result, I will continue to strive for perfection and offer my patients the latest and safest technology in eye care.”
My Background
After finishing my residency training, I immediately joined Kaiser Permanente in 1989. Though my training is in comprehensive ophthalmology, I have expertise in cataract and refractive surgery. Until 1997, I practiced in the Martinez and Antioch Kaiser facilities. During my tenure there, I served as chief of the Eye Services Department and president of the Kaiser Permanente Ophthalmology Society. In order to be closer to my family, I transferred to the South Sacramento facility.
As a comprehensive Ophthalmologist, my top priority is preserving vision. I look forward to helping you maintain healthy eyes throughout your life.
About Me
I am married and have one daughter. My husband, who is also an Ophthalmologist, has a practice in Sacramento. In my free time I enjoy running, skiing, and water sports. On weekends, I referee soccer games and teach Sunday school.
