Welcome to my home page. You may click on the links located on the left margin of this page to access some educational and helpful information.

Healthy lifestyle is a part of me for as long as I can remember. For this reason, I have chosen a career in healthcare. I joined Kaiser Permanente, Redwood City in 2001 for more direct patient care. Kaiser Permanente offers many opportunities for professional growth and advancement. I am currently a pharmacist care manager in the Anticoagulation and Hypertension Clinics.

My hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (Hypertension Clinic) Wednesday and Friday (Anticoagulation Clinic)

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
closed during lunch 12:30 to 1:30 PM

Growing up in the culturally diverse San Francisco Bay Area, I have acquired a palate for many ethnic cuisines. Besides enjoying good food, my husband and I love to travel to sunny destinations with white sand beaches like Hawaii, Mexico, Tahiti and Thailand. We enjoy learning about how people in other parts of the world live and thrive.

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA 1996

Residency: General Pharmacy Practice St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Stockton, CA 1997

Certification: California Board of Pharmacy

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
