Hello!

I am privileged to be able to provide emergency medical services to you and your family at the Hayward and Fremont Kaiser Permanente Medical Facilities. I enjoy working in the Emergency Department because it allows me to meet and provide medical care to a variety of people under many different conditions and circumstances. Our goal in the emergency Department is to see that everyone who comes to us gets the care that they need as well as the information needed to maintain their health afterward.

I grew up on the East Coast, where I lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the past 17 years. I attended medical school at Thomas Jefferson University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed my Emergency Medicine residency down the street at Hahnemann University Hospital.

When I am not working in the Emergency Department, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, as well as running and yoga.

My Credentials

Medical school Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA
Residency Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA
Board certification Emergency Medicine, American Board of Emergency Medicine

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
