Welcome to My Home Page!

I joined Kaiser Permanente in Fresno in 2005. I have worked in the field of audiology since 1984, and I was eager to join an organization like Kaiser Permanente that mandates patient care be nothing short of excellent. Kaiser Permanente is a progressive model of medicine that allows me to grow and excel as a professional.

Personal Philosophy

One of my older sisters has been wearing hearing amplification since early childhood. Observing her and the staff who assisted with her hearing management developed my desire to become an audiologist who focuses on the fitting of amplification, education, and counseling of patients and their significant others. I have never regretted having this as my field of expertise within the field of audiology. I always encourage our members to bring their significant others to appointments within our department.

Personal Information

I am originally from Ventura, California, but now call the Sierra Foothills “home.” If I had to leave the ocean, settling amongst the pines has proven to be a wonderful change. My husband and I and our three children happily call this community our home.

When we’re not working, our family enjoys all the wonders of the environment. In the summers we’re usually rafting or skiing on the lake, and we transfer these activities to the snow in the winter. In between we like to hike, garden, and share barbecues and games nights with friends.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
