Welcome to my practice

I’ve always loved helping people and have always been fascinated with science. The joining of these two passions directed me to my natural career path. Health is invaluable. It is the cornerstone to life itself. Helping another human being regain their health is something I greatly value.

My Background

I was born and raised in San Francisco and Marin County and have spent my life on the West Coast and in Hawaii. Long ago, I began my career as a Respiratory Therapist. I then went into nursing and moved into Intensive Care. Subsequently I moved to Cardio-Vascular ICU and now enjoy my career as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) here at Kaiser Permanente San Jose. My hobbies include any and all outdoor activities.

My Interests

I enjoy the outdoors, mountain biking, surfing, traveling and showing kindness and appreciation to people I come in contact with. I also appreciate a good book. Historical fictions are usually great reads.

My Recommendations

By all means, please get regular checkups. At any time, if you don’t feel well, consult your physician and look into your health. Try to take care of issues early on, that way they do not become big issues which require bigger solutions.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
