Welcome to My Internet Home Page

I am proud to be a member of such an outstanding department and the medical group here at Kaiser Permanente Central Valley. I hope that we can always provide highest possible quality of care and service to you.

About Me

I was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to Los Angeles, CA when I was twelve years old. I received my medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies. I then completed my internal medicine residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center at Flushing, NY. My medical interest includes all aspects in internal medicine. I always love to take care of patients in the hospital and help them recover as soon as possible so that they can go back to their love ones.

Being a physician is a noble profession, we get to treat, take care and touch people’s lives with love and compassion. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008 as it is a well established, well known and respected organization. I chose to stay in the Central Valley because I have always wanted to come back to California, since this is the place where I spent most of my life.

When I am not working, I like playing volleyball, basketball, running and watching movies. I am married and we are expecting a baby girl very soon. Besides English, I speak Mandarin, Chinese fluently.

My Philosophy of Care

I believe each and every human life is precious and unique, and we must treat everyone with love and compassion. During residency, I learned that I need to treat every patient the same way I would treat my family!

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
