My Biography

I chose to work at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Occupational Medicine because of the great team of occupational medicine practitioners here, and the chance to take care of workers from all over the city and Bay Area. The integrated care that Kaiser Permanente provides makes it easy for me to get the right kind of treatment and referrals for my patients easily and seamlessly. I appreciate being part of the Kaiser Permanente system, with all of the support provided by a powerful electronic medical record and a large team of physician specialists.

At Kaiser Permanente, I have the privilege of treating patients who have sustained injury or illness in the course of doing their job. I enjoy getting workers back to their full physical capacity, and seeing them return to the work and activities they love. The entire team here in our department is very skilled in helping our workers during the recovery process.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and biking in the Presidio Park trails, and I plan to explore the rest of San Francisco on bike or foot!

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
