I joined the Anesthesia Department of the Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center in September 2002.

Because I had roots in the San Francisco Bay area, my career in the Central Valley had a very smooth beginning.

I like my job as a peri-operative physician who helps alleviate anxiety and pain for those who are undergoing surgical procedures.

Practicing anesthesia involves working with a great deal of patients who not only are having surgical procedures, but also those in labor and those with chronic pain.

I like to play soccer, golf, and tennis. I enjoy traveling and reading.

I also speak Burmese, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
