About Me
I was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. After receiving my undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, I decided to pursue a career in medicine so that I could directly apply my interest in science to the health and happiness of others. I obtained my medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH and chose to pursue the field of Radiology because of its vital role in diagnosing illness, its unique and amazing ability to visualize disease within the body, and its limitless potential for future advancements and contributions to medicine. I received my training in Diagnostic Radiology at MetroHealth Medical Center, affiliate hospital of Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, OH. My main interests within Radiology are the cross-sectional imaging modalities of CT (Computerized Tomography) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
I joined Kaiser Permanente because of its proven commitment to provide high quality, efficient, and compassionate medical care at an affordable cost to the community. The Kaiser Permanente health care system is also unique that it allows physicians to practice medicine that is best for the patients by minimizing the constraints and influences of outside interests.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and playing sports such as golf, volleyball, and basketball.
My Philosophy of Care
My goal as a physician is to provide the highest possible quality of care for my patients by doing whatever is medically necessary and appropriate to meet their health care needs.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
