About Me

Born in Kaiser Panorama City Medical Center, I have been a Kaiser Permanente member my whole life. I spent my childhood years in the greater Los Angeles area prior to migrating north to attend the University of California, Davis for my undergraduate studies. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, I worked as a physical therapy aide and simultaneously pursued an internship to become a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).

I learned about the Physician Assistant (PA) profession while working as an athletic trainer intern. I was intrigued and immediately sought to learn more about the profession. As I did my research, I realized that becoming a PA was exactly the career path for me.

I am happy to be back in Northern California after graduating from Western Michigan University with a Master of Science in Medicine- Physician Assistant Studies. As a PA, I strive to understand every patient’s situation and concerns and to work closely with them to develop a plan of care.

Having been interested in orthopedics and sports medicine for quite some time, Kaiser Permanente Orthopedics is a perfect fit for me. I expect my career here to be nothing less than rewarding.

In my spare time I enjoy playing and watching sports. I have played on several teams including soccer, softball and volleyball. My current passion is ice hockey.

Thank you for visiting my page. I look forward to meeting you and treating your orthopedic condition.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
