My Specialty and Why I Chose It
I am a licensed physical therapist in the State of California since 2001. I evaluate and treat persons of all ages who have musculoskeletal pain either from injury, surgery or disease processes. I decided to go into treating outpatient orthopedic/muscle and joint injuries because I like to help people learn how to exercise and regain their fitness after an illness or injury.
My Practice Philosophy
I believe in helping a person manage their recovery from injury through education about their injury, surgery or illness. I believe to help a person recover their prior level of function I must teach them how to provide the best environment for their bodies to heal.
My Credentials
| BA, Physical Education | Gonzaga University |
| MS, Physical Therapy | Pacific University |
My Tenure at Kaiser Permanente
I’ve been a part of Kaiser Permanente since 2005. Over that time I’ve really come to appreciate the great rehabilitation services team. We all work together to provide compassionate and effective outpatient physical rehabilitation.
Why I Like Practicing Medicine at Kaiser Permanente
I like practicing at Kaiser because of their commitment to provide affordable, high quality health-care services to the communities we serve. Kaiser Permanente is a goal oriented company that stresses the balance between quality healthcare, service to the community, treating the employees very fairly and providing a safe and healthy work environment. They are also committed to financial stability and compliance.

On a Personal Note. . .
I am happily married and have two wonderful children who keep my wife, Theresa and I busy. We moved to Sacramento county in 2005 when I started working at Kaiser and enjoy sailing, kayaking and hiking at Lake Natomas and Folsom. We also like to bike on the American River Trail. We attend Holy Family Catholic Church and travel back to upstate New York at least once a year to visit with my wife’s family.
