Welcome to my homepage

Joined Kaiser Permanente Medical Group: 2007

My philosophy of practice is simple. I try to make every patient I see take part in their plan of care. It is all about the patients and the healthcare they are receiving. When a patient is actively involved in the ongoing process, he or she is more compliant and cooperative. Therefore, one’s goals are achieved with better outcomes.

I take active interest in new clinical and surgical developments and innovations. I am continuously attending update conferences to enhance my professional skills as a medical provider.

Before joining Kaiser Permanente, I practiced as a Sr. Surgical Physician Assistant in the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Department at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. I have worked as a clinical and surgical Physician Assistant with other sub-specialty groups such as, cardiac, orthopaedic and vascular surgery. I have also been involved with numerous clinical trials during my four years in transplant surgery.

I was born in Casablanca, Morocco and have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost 25 years. My spare time is devoted to my wife and our three children. I enjoy weekend fishing and crabbing with my kids. We also enjoy foreign world-wide travelling, especially to my homeland Casablanca, also considered as our home away from home.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
