About Me
When I was growing up, I was always interested in sports and wanted to work in an athletic environment. I decided to become a Physical Therapist (PT) so I could work with athletes. After graduating from Physical Therapy school I spent time working as a therapist and athletic trainer with a professional soccer team that won a National Championship and participated in the European Cup playoffs.
Later in my career, before joining Kaiser Permanente, I have been a staff therapist in a private practice, a rehabilitation manager in a hospital and a manager of an out patient clinic.
What I appreciate about the work I do now is interacting with people. In physical therapy we see such a great diversity of patients, and I believe it’s a privilege to be able to help people with their problems. I enjoy working for Kaiser Permanente and with this excellent team in the Department of Physical Therapy. Integration of all the services in one system makes caring for our patients so much easier since we have all the information we need, when we need it, to provide quality service.
What can you expect from a visit with me? You should know that I’m a good listener and want to hear your concerns; I never take my patients for granted. I like to use manual therapy, and I’m a great believer in fitness and recommending exercises.
When I’m not working I enjoy windsurfing, sailing, cycling, and snowboarding.
Other Languages
I am bilingual in Polish and English.
