Welcome to my home page, and thank you for visiting!
My name is Ryan Lund, senior physical therapist. I am excited to be serving you at the Lincoln medical office building! In Lincoln, we have a beautiful office and a wonderful staff to provide you with quality outpatient physical therapy.
I have always been active in athletics and outdoor activities, which has ultimately led to several injuries over the years. As luck would have it, though, one of those injuries led me into a physical therapy clinic, where I fell in love with the profession. Having known early on what I wanted to pursue, I embarked on my educational journey which has taken me to Sonoma State University, University of Auckland in New Zealand, and finally to University of the Pacific for my masters in physical therapy. Wonderful internships at Stanford Hospital, Shriner's Children's Hospital, and Kaiser have contributed to my skills and knowledge.
My time away from Kaiser varies on the season. You can find me snow skiing during winter or water skiing and backpacking during summer, but rest assured, I'm outdoors doing something! Regardless of the season, though, you'll always find me spending time with my beautiful wife and two children.
I look forward to working with you, and I invite you to take a look at some of the links included on the navigation bar to the left for some helpful information about my profession and physical therapy treatments.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
