I am pleased to offer this web site as a means to provide helpful medical information for my patients, as well as an opportunity for you to learn more about me. I hope that through this medium I will be able to better serve you with the most current information, useful handouts, and helpful web links.

I am proud to be a member of such a quality department and medical group here at Kaiser Permanente, and I hope that we can always provide high quality of care and service to you.

I began employment as a staff psychologist in April, 1986. This was shortly after receiving my license to practice psychology in the State of California. I have remained on the staff on a fulltime basis since that time. In 1991, I was offered the position of Chief Psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry and I continue to fulfill that role. As Chief Psychologist, I have some managerial and supervisory responsibilities but my primary task is to provide psychological services to our members.

I represent the Department of Psychiatry on two Medical Center Committees: HIV/AIDS and Domestic Violence Prevention. In my practice, I primarily provide services to adults. I am committed to the values of diversity-based psychology and to enhancing the safety and well-being of individuals, families and our community. I take pride in being a member of the Department of Psychiatry and the Medical Center in San Rafael.
