Welcome to my home page

Thanks for visiting my page. I hope you find that learning a little more about me and having access to physical therapy information online is a helpful service to you. If you’re looking for more specific medical or health information, or just want to learn more about a particular subject, I recommend you search the Health Encyclopedia or Healthwise Handbook links to the left.

About me

After doing volunteer work in a hospital in high school I knew I wanted to be a Physical Therapist. What I enjoy the most about my job is working with people, interacting with patients, and working with a comprehensive health care team. My philosophy is to treat my patients as I would want someone to treat my own family.

My clinical interests are pediatric physical therapy, feeding, and bracing.

On a personal note, I love to cook and I also volunteer for the National Charity League.

My education and credentials:

Undergraduate Degree BS Pre-Physical Therapy, University of Nevada, Reno
Post Graduate MS Physical Education, University of Nevada, Reno
Physical Therapy Education Certificate, Children's Hospital School of Physical Therapy, Los Angeles, CA
Licensure Physical Therapy Board of California

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
