I was born and raised in Northern California and call Modesto home. I graduated in 1986 with a Bachelors in Nursing from California State University. I joined the Navy and spent the first 3 years of my nursing career at the Naval Hospital in San Diego. In 1991, I was recalled to active duty during the 1st Gulf War and spent a few months on the USHS Mercy. After returning to Houston I attended anesthesia school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. I did anesthesia at local hospitals but decided to take a break from anesthesia when I moved back to California in 2003. I was a school nurse for 2 years before taking a job as a Flight nurse for CalStar California Shock/Trauma Air Rescue. I have been with Kaiser Santa Clara since 2006.

Roni enjoys making a difference in a patients experience.

Roni has 3 beautiful children. Her hobbies include running, hiking and skiing.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
