I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I received my undergraduate degree from UCLA in biochemistry and physiological sciences. I went on to UC San Francisco where I received my Doctor of Pharmacy degree. After that, I completed a Residency in Clinical Pharmacy Practice at the Veterans Administration, Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, (VAGLAHS).

I have been with Santa Clara Kaiser since 2003. I am currently working as a Diabetes Care Manager and Anticoagulation Pharmacist/Quality Assurance. I would like to work together with you to improve and maintain your health.

I live with my husband, and my two wonderful children. In my spare time, I enjoy knitting, arts & crafts, golfing, and reading.

If there are questions for me to address, I encourage you to contact me via Kaiser's Secure Messaging System. You can access Secure Messaging at my internet homepage above. If more convenient, you may also call me at 408-871-6350 (9AM-5PM). I am in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
