About Me

I joined Kaiser Permanente July, 1990. I was inspired to become a physician by an uncle who was an internist, specializing in oncology. I chose radiology because it was a specialty that was undergoing rapid changes with new technology such as computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, and those were interesting to me. Also, two of my aunts are radiologic technologists.

I like Kaiser Permanente because doctors are free to practice medicine without having to be involved with the business aspects of medicine.

My philosophy on healing is that "an x-ray in small doses may be beneficial to your health".

In my spare time I enjoy traveling and golf.
