Welcome to My Home Page!
Hello and welcome to my home page! I began working with Kaiser Permanente as a post-doctoral resident in 2003. I am very happy to be part of a wonderful team of clinicians working with children, adolescents, and families in our community.
About Me
I was born in Livermore, California, where I lived for two years before moving to Southern California. I have now been a resident of the Bay Area since 1998. On weekends I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, experiencing the outdoors, following sporting events, and reading.
Philosophy of Care
My educational and experiential background has continually reminded me of the powerful role family plays in a child’s or adolescent’s life, and so I believe family involvement is an essential aspect of treatment. It is my belief that families have the inherent strength to make the necessary changes in their lives, and I definitely appreciate the privilege of playing a role in their change.
Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and I look forward to seeing you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
