Welcome

I was born in Taiwan and raised in New York and San Jose. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991. I earned my medical degree at Albany Medical College in 1995. My residency was completed at SUNY Stonybrook in 1998. I am board certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

I joined The Permanente Medical Group in 1998 and currently serve as the Assistant Chief of the Emergency Department. I am a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
