About Me

I received an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Dartmouth College, an M.D. from Dartmouth Medical School in 1980, and a Ph.D. in Medical Information Science from Stanford University in 1986. I completed my residency at Stanford University Hospital from 1986-89.

I joined The Permanente Medical Group in 1990.

My personal interests include computer science, athletics and family.
