Welcome to my personal home page….

This web site is designed to offer some information about myself and some health information links that you may find useful. The resources available to our members are vast, so I invite you to look into them when you have a moment. What you will find is that we here at Kaiser Permanente want to offer you the information, resources, and support you need to live a healthier life.

I have been in my current position since July of 2000. After completing my pharmacy training, I joined Kaiser Permanente as a pharmacist care manager in the Hypertension and Diabetes Clinics. In addition to these clinics, I also meet with patients to review and counsel them on their medications. I work with a great team of health care providers and enjoy interacting with the patients here at Redwood City. I hope to share information with my patients and engage them in the decision-making process so that together, we can make choices to improve their health.

Just a little about myself……I was born and raised in the Bay Area. My husband and I enjoy traveling to nearby getaways, such as Monterey and Napa, as well as to far- away destinations if we have the opportunity. When not traveling, we enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time with our family, friends, and our cat.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
